The ninth annual Masters' Sports Conference (and social!) will be held on the weekend of 29/30 November 2008 in the beautiful surroundings of Wortley Hall, Wortley, near Sheffield. Conferences in previous years have been both informative and enjoyable.

The ninth annual Masters’ Sports Conference (and social!) in the beautiful surroundings of Wortley Hall, Wortley, near Sheffield. This is open to sports people and coaches of all ages.

This year's Sports Conference will be based on the psychological aspects of the mind. There will be a mixture of workshops and lectures to educate and form practical solutions to such things as optimising your performance in training and competition and how you can understand and improve your psychological mindset. The conference is suitable for athletes, coaches and any interested lay-people and is limited to 80 places.

Cost

The cost of the weekend is to be £115 per person for a shared room. Single rooms are available on request at £145 per person. £5 discount for bookings received before 31st May.

Price includes:

• An ensuite bathroom in all rooms
• Tea and coffee breaks
• A three course evening meal
• Full English breakfast
• Three course Sunday lunch before departure.

Starts noon on Saturday and finishes around one o’clock Sunday.
